Reverend Laura Byers Cavicchio
Assistant Minister for Membership and Programs
Rev. Laura has been involved with Unitarian Universalism for 25 years, and has been on church staffs for 10 of those years. She served as the Director of Religious Education in Reading from 1993-2000. From 2000-2001 she was the Acting DRE for the Church of the Larger Fellowship. She was a Ministerial Intern at Follen Church Society from September 2001-June 2003 and she most recently served as the Acting Chaplain at the First Parish of Sudbury Unitarian Universalist.Rev. Laura graduated from Andover Newton Theological School in Newton Centre, MA, in May of 2004 and was ordained in her home church Unitarian Universalist Church of Reading, MA. She has been very involved as a DRE and has developed and led many adult trainings at the congregation and Mass Bay District level.
